Phillip John Pryor

 FT8 Plc. Director since 2009

Phillip Pryor joined FT8 Plc. in January 2009 as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to joining FT8, Phillip has had an extensive career with Australian business, and has lived and worked in foreign countries gaining valuable experience. The companies include, Wattyl Paints, a listed Australian company, Amcor Australia an international listed company, SICPA an international Swiss owned company and the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating.

Mr Pryor graduated in 1973 from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Economics, and is currently a Fellow of the Institute of Australian Company Directors.

Throughout his extensive career, Mr Pryor has gained significant experience in working with companies located in China and SE Asia. Mr Pryor actually lived in Malaysia for three years. This experience, combined with his significant shareholding in Ezybonds UK Plc. and over 20 years’ experience as a Company Director enables Phillip to assist in all areas of the company’s operations, including compliance, shareholder management, financial management and marketing.

Sean Sullivan McShane

FT8 Plc. Director since 2008

Sean McShane is based in Fort Worth Texas. His role with FT8 is that of marketing director and new business development. Sean has significant experience in the financial and technology space cultivating new strategic alliances and partnerships.

Mr McShane also has a high level sporting background that has seen him compete, coach and manage successful teams and events in many countries throughout the world. Through Sean’s ability to build efficacious teams and valuable opportunities, he has made a very successful transition to the commercial world.

Mr McShane graduated from St. Martin's College in Olympia, Washington with a B.A. in Psychology in 1992.  Mr McShane has extensive sales and marketing experience and has held several high level positions of management.  His role proves to be crucial to the success of the Company.
